Dutch Minion and her Bike

LUXEMBOURG

Would you like to explore a new environment but don't know where to start? Then accompanied by Dutch Minion as a travel buddy is a good idea!

A small country centrally located between Germany, Belgium and France. It is a High Duchy with a very rich history, but also a country with a very varied landscape.

The northern part of Luxembourg is predominantly more hilly, along many grasslands and fields located along many narrow rivers. The middle already has more sharper hills and valleys. You will also come across more forests here. The eastern part to southeast becomes more mountainous. This part is also affectionately known as Little Switzerland. With beautiful rock formations, beautiful forests, fast flowing mountain rivers and waterfalls.

Are you curious about Luxembourg? Do you want to get to know the country? Do you want to learn more about history? Or admire nature? That can be combined with beautiful motorcycling. The roads in Luxembourg are known for their very good quality asphalt and many curves.

However, Luxembourg also has congested roads that are not driven by most because it is thought that driving is not allowed there. This is not entirely correct, but you just need to know them. Sometimes they are the most beautiful roads. Narrow, but generally well paved and along the most beautiful hidden spots.

What does Dutch Minion offer?

The possibility is to explore Luxembourg together with Dutch Minion. On Friday morning you ride from the Total Energies Tessenderlo meeting point along the E313 towards Luxembourg. A large part of this will eventually pass through beautiful roads. Of course taking into account the type of motorbikes and the wishes of the group.

Luxembourg will be explored more on Saturday. This is a beautiful route where you take a break at various times. Possibly in combination with something to drink and/or something to eat.

On Sunday, a nice detour is taken to Huy (B). The last salute will take place under the historic fortress along the Maas, after which everyone will continue their own way.

What are the costs?

To keep it accessible, Camping Val d'Or in Kiischpelt will be used as a base. This campsite offers something for everyone. You can choose to simply sleep in your tent, but they also have more luxurious options. From Sleeping Pods to Safari tents and chalets with private sanitary facilities.

The desired accommodation must be booked and paid for yourself directly at the campsite. You can do this via the website of the campsite. You will receive a confirmation with associated payment conditions from the Val d'Or campsite.

Would you rather stay in a hotel? This is possible at 1 minute walking distance from the campsite in the Rackésmillen.

All costs related to consumption, fuel, etc. are for your own account. This way you can make it as cost efficient or expensive for yourself as you want.

The costs for the supervision of Dutch Minion are € 125 per person with a minimum participation of 3 participants and a maximum of 6 participants. Payment must be made immediately after reservation. With regard to cancellation costs, reference is made to the general terms and conditions.
